Rosemount Tank Gauging System is world leading in tank management, based on the reliable and maintenance-free radar level gauges. Can be designed for SIL 3 safety, integrates easily with your existing network, DCS or host computer system. Emulation possibilities of other vendors´ level devices, so independent of measurement technology, a system upgrade is easy. Can be based on IEC 62591 (WirelessHART), be traditionally wired, or integrate both system design types.

Rosemount Tank Gauging System ("Raptor") - really takes tank gauging to another level, making you better equipped to handle the ever-increasing demands on efficiency, safety and accuracy. It is a complete and flexible tank gauging system, based on the open industry standard FOUNDATION™ fieldbus. Can be used for refineries, tank terminals and in the petrochemical industry. It is the accurate system for custody transfer, process control, inventory control or for filling a tank without risk of overflow. The system can be designed for SIL 3 safety. The system includes cost-effective alternatives for each performance class. It can be configured with:

Temperature & Water Interface
Rosemount 2240S Multi-input Temperature Transmitter
The ultra-stable 2240S is approved for demanding custody transfer applications, which require very accurate level and temperature measurements for net standard volume calculations. Used with a 565/ 566 or a Cool Down and Leak Detection sensor.
Rosemount 765 Multiple Spot Temperature and Water Level Sensor
The water level sensor is used to determine the water content in a tank. At the bottom of an oil storage tank there is water and by measuring the water level it is possible to calculate the correct product volume in the tank.
Rosemount 565/566 Multiple Spot or Average Temperature Sensor
Up to 16 spot elements, placed at different heights, provide a tank temperature profile and average temperature. The sensor can be integrated with a water level sensor. The 566 cryogenic version is used for LNG applications
Rosemount 644 Temperature Transmitter with 65 Single Point Sensor
Single point temperature sensors are used in applications with lower requirements on volume measurements, or when it is not possible to use a multiple spot temperature sensor due to installation restrictions.
Rosemount Cool Down and Leak Detection Sensor
Highly reliable temperature sensor measuring tank shell temperature to provide cool down control and leak detection for LNG applications.
3051S Pressure Transmitter
Rosemount 3051S is the standard pressure transmitter supplied with the Raptor system for in-liquid mounting. It has an industry leading performance with 0.025% accuracy.
Communication & Accessories
Rosemount 2410 Tank Hub
The Hub handles communication between the field devices and the control room. It is available in two versions, for single or multiple tanks. It also feeds power to the units on the intrinsically safe Tankbus.
Rosemount 2160 Field Communication Unit
Rosemount 2160 is a data concentrator that continuously polls data from field devices via the 2410 hub and stores the values in a buffer memory. It can service requests from any hosts and/or DCS systems using the Modbus protocol.

Rosemount 2230 Graphical Field Display
Rosemount 2230 presents inventory tank gauging data such as level, temperature, and pressure. This backlit user-friendly display is designed for tough environments, and can be installed in hazardous areas, on the tank roof or at the foot of the tank. 
Rosemount 2180 Field Bus Modem
Rosemount 2180 Field Bus Modem is required for connecting the field bus to the control room TankMaster PC. The PC connection can either be RS232 or USB.
Rosemount 2160 Wireless Level Switch
The Rosemount 2160 Wireless Level Switch offers all the features of wired level switches without the complication and cost of wiring. 
Rosemount 2130 High Temperature Level Switch
The SIL 2 certified Rosemount 2130 Enhanced Vibrating Fork Liquid Level Switch for fixed roofs features continuous instrument health/self-checking of the fork and sensor. It is used when a separate alarm switch is required to prevent overfill situations. 
1146 LTD
This is a Level, Temperature and Density gauge for cryogenic applications. It samples 250 data points to construct a detailed and accurate temperature and density profile, which makes it possible to detect liquid stratification in the tank.
